You'll enjoy special events like picnics, trips to sporting events, dances and visits to local attractions. Plus members-only tours ranging from day trips to longer excursions.
Passport keeps you informed
Members receive a newsletter with health information, handy tips about dealing with changes in our lives as we age, plus advance schedules of events, trips, health screenings and special programs. There's also a speakers bureau which will send experts to address your club or group.
Your Passport to savings
As a Covenant Health Passport member you'll receive a discount of $10 off the installation price of a Lifeline Unit. You'll also get free Medicare and insurance counseling, and help with questions about hospital or doctor bills.
Join 50+ Fitness - Covenant Health's fitness and exercise program for those 50 and over. Covenant Health Passport members are also eligible to join the Covenant Health Credit Union with a minimum deposit. This club offers many special benefits to make your life easier and to save you money while you enjoy the good times. Benefits include free checks with share draft/checking account, discounts on loan rates, quarterly newsletter and many free services. The Credit Union offers long term care insurance at group rates through CUNA for eligible credit union members.

If you're 50 or better, you can join Covenant Health Passport free. You'll get a packet explaining all the program features and benefits, your personalized enrollment card, information on our hospitals and other medical facilities (such as Fort Sanders hospitals, Methodist Medical Center and Covenant HomeCare) and an enrollment gift. |
