This trip is for the traveler who wants a little more hiking, walking and exploring; is OK with 3 star accommodations; and is excited about seeing the Holy Land with a group of aprox. 15 travelers. Breakfast and dinner will be included daily. Lunch on your own and will be whenever and wherever we can fit it in. You will be in a 15-18 passenger van with a local guide (Sorry! no restroom on board.) Lots of walking is required to explore the streets of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, plus hiking (or riding a donkey) through the siq into the Treasury in Petra, Jordan. We will tour the heights of Masida (we will ride up in the Cable Car for that trip); the Wilderness and the Dead Sea (bring swim wear); Galilee; Caesarea Philippi; Nazareth; Megiddo; the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered; and so much more. Call for the Itinerary and pricing. Note: While this trip is not super strenuous and should be do-able by anyone who is reasonably fit, it is not for anyone with mobility issues. Bring your hiking shoes, a small backpack for water bottle, camera, sketch pad, etc.; rain gear and a good sun hat. Plan on one of the great adventures of your life.
